At Heritage Manor, a Christian Health community in Bergen County, NJ, we never forget that each person in our care is an individual. Heritage Manor offers four specialized areas of care: Skilled Nursing Care, Dementia Care for patients with Alzheimer's disease and other forms of dementia, Bolger Short-term Rehab to help patients transition home following hospitalization, and Inpatient hospice end-of-life care for when in-home care is not an option.
