I suspect it's about a 1/2 mile run, but it loops around a lot. From start to finish, it's probably about 3½ minutes. I'd estimate that split to be 2½ minutes up the mountain and a 1 minute …

Is it good for toddler ? 1 1/2 yr old and 9 month old?

I would not take a child that young. While you can control the speed, if you go really slow, you are missing out on the fun and going slow also hinders the other riders on the track
