After the hustle and bustle of Westminster bridge it was wonderful to find some peace and quiet. Friendly service. Tiny but there are a few tables outside. Full review by rachel8973

Are you able to go into the cafe without paying entrance fee?

Yes, but the cafe doesn't have a very big menu. Only cakes and drinks

A:
The stairs in the Jewel tower are the original stone steps and tight winding stairs. Very narrow and not a lot of headroom.
