As of February 5, 2025, the total number of devotees who have taken the holy dip since the beginning of the Mela has surpassed 389.7 million.

A group of 68 Hindu pilgrims from Pakistan's Sindh province visited Prayagraj for sacred rituals at the Mahakumbh, immersing ancestral ashes and seeking spiritual peace.

After reaching Prayagraj, the Prime Minister took a boat tour in the Yamuna River with Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. He was seen sporting a bright saffron-coloured jacket and blue trackpant.

The ongoing Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj is witnessing an overwhelming spiritual surge, marking its 25th day. Today, the crowd gathered at the Sangam is larger than ever, especially after the auspicious occasion of Makar Sankranti.
