Amazon founder Jeff Bezos is selling more than $3 billion worth of Amazon shares, according to a new regulatory filing revealed

(Nasdaq: AMZN) founder Jeff Bezos filed plans to sell $3 billion worth of stock last week, according to a recent federal regulatory filing. The sale — around 16.

Both retailers are offering price protection through most of the holiday shopping season as well, so if you buy early and the same item drops to a lower price, you can retroactively get that better deal.
