After another disappointing game which saw him pass for less than 150 yards in a fifth game this season, quarterback Caleb Williams is putting the blame on himself for another Chicago Bears loss.

It's a legitimate concern whether Williams has taken substantive steps in his development or if the incoming coach will be somewhat starting from scratch.
