A man who allegedly raped two women at a Framingham clothing store in 1989 and then lived for decades as fugitive is slated for arraignment in the case Monday afternoon, according to legal filings.

Stephen Paul Gale, 72, was arraigned Monday on four counts of aggravated rape, two counts of kidnapping and one count of armed robbery.
