Following his being hired as the head coach of the Las Vegas Raiders, Pete Carroll will turn his attention to putting together a staff, which shouldn't be too hard with all of the connections Carroll has.

With Pete Carroll now at the helm as head coach and John Spytek as general manager, the Las Vegas Raiders are assembling a coaching staff to reshape their future. A frontrunner for the offensive coordinator position has already emerged: Miami Dolphins quarterbacks coach Darrell Bevell.

“In the NFL, though, Carroll has had the upper hand over Harbaugh (6-5), especially in their most recent battles,” Moton wrote. “Though the Chargers are coming off a year in which they clinched a playoff berth with an 11-6 record, Harbaugh probably isn't thrilled to see Carroll back in his conference and division.”
