Prince William has joined Australian wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin, the son of the late Steve Irwin, for a mountain ramble during the royal's tour of South Africa.

William is currently in South Africa for his annual Earthshot Prize awards, which take place tomorrow on November 6 and will award individuals for their efforts in environmental conservation. During last year's event, Irwin called William a “a real beacon to everyone in the conservation field.”
