A new FCC filing suggests that a Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller will indeed exist, and it'll include something that's been standard on every traditional, non-Nintendo controller since the launch of PS4 and Xbox One back in 2013: a headphone jack.

As part of the Nintendo Switch 2 reveal, we also got a new Pro Controller to go with the hybrid console. You’ll need to squint a bit at the Nintendo Switch 2 Pro Controller to immediately spot any differences from the current Switch Pro Controller, other than the shoulder and triggers being rendered in a light grey rather than black.

While the Switch 2 Pro controller likely won’t launch until June 5 ( the same day as the Switch 2 itself) and a price wasn’t confirmed, we’re keeping an eye on when it’ll be available to pre-order. Unless Nintendo is keen on opening the door for more controller manufacturers,
