Blake Lively and Justin Baldoni became embroiled in a legal back-and-forth after the actress accused the actor of sexual harassment on the set of "It Ends With Us."

Justin Baldoni will open up on his “intense year” in a podcast episode dropping amid his lawsuits with Blake Lively. The episode was recorded just weeks before the legal saga began.

On Dec. 31, 2024, Baldoni and his publicists sued the New York Times for libel for an article published about Lively's sexual harassment complaint. That same day, Lively filed a federal lawsuit against Baldoni, Wayfarer Studios and his publicists, alleging she was retaliated against for reporting sexual harassment.
