A crash involving up to five vehicles was reported Sunday afternoon on Lake Natoma Crossing in Folsom, according to disp [atcher radio communications. Emergency medical services were dispatched around 12:12 p.m. to the crash site Folsom Boulevard. It was unclear what caused the crash, but possible injuries were reported.

Those hospitalized include three adults and two children with injuries ranging from minor to moderate, officials said.
