Portland Mayor Keith Wilson is wasting no time to try and deliver on his campaign promise. He unveiled his plan to end unsheltered homelessness in the city.

Mayor Keith Wilson presented his plan to end unsheltered homelessness in Portland in just 12 months to the city council during its work session on Wednesday.

Wilson's goal is to expand the city’s network of homeless shelters to add 1,500 overnight-only beds by Dec. 1 and open four day centers.
