Most of the seven San Antonio Police Department officers are heading home to recover. The officer still hospitalized is expected to make a full recovery.

Suspect Brandon Poulos, 46, was out on bond for assaulting an elderly couple in Bexar County at the time of shooting.

Seven San Antonio, Texas police officers were shot by a barricaded suspect, the city's police chief said. The suspect was found dead from a gunshot wound.
