Portions of Pennsylvania and New York are under a lake-effect snow warning on Tuesday as heavy accumulations are possible.

Around 4,000 customers are affected by the boil water order, according to the Scriba supervisor Kelly Lagoe. The boil water order has now been extended until at least Jan. 28, health officials said.
