Tampa Bay Buccaneers WR Mike Evans' pursuit of an NFL receiving record ended in dramatic fashion in the regular season finale.

Many players' contracts feature language that details contract bonuses associated with specific statistical plateaus. For example, Titans RB Tony Pollard can add $450,000 to his annual salary by rushing for 83 or more yards and two touchdowns Sunday. Buccaneers WR Mike Evans is five receptions and 85 yards away from $3 million.

The Buccaneers clinched the NFC South with a 27-19 comeback victory over New Orleans and earned the No. 3 seed when the Los Angeles Rams lost to Seattle 30-25.
