Waterbury police said they searched an apartment on West Main Street last week and seized crack cocaine and a mixture of heroin and fentanyl.
Reyes, 33, was charged with two counts of possession of narcotics with intent to sell, operating a drug factory and risk of injury to a child.
During the search, authorities reportedly seized crack cocaine, heroin/fentanyl, packaging materials commonly used in street-level drug sales and $560.
