SALT LAKE CITY, UT - In the first-ever game played in Utah for New Jersey, the Devils prevailed 3-1 at Delta Arena on Saturday night. Nico Hischier, Timo Meier and Curtis Lazar scored for the Devils while goalie Nico Daws stopped 24 of 25 shots. Mikhail Sergachev scored the lone goal for Utah.
Timo Meier scored the eventual game-winner as the visiting New Jersey Devils defeated the Utah Hockey Club 3-1 on Saturday night in Salt Lake City.
