ARIZONA -- When the Los Angeles Rams' postseason game was forced out of SoFi Stadium due to the widespread California wildfires, their wildcard weekend matchup against the Minnesota Vikings was moved to State Farm Stadium, home to the Arizona Cardinals.

Due to wildfires in Los Angeles, the NFL moved the Rams' playoff game against the Vikings to Arizona's State Farm Stadium. Cardinals owner Michael Bidwill made a bold statement on ticket demand, likening it to a Taylor Swift concert.

The Los Angeles Rams took the time to thank the Arizona Cardinals and Phoenix area for their hospitality over the past week.

In this case, Bidwill began holding internal meetings with decision-makers in his organization as the process began, a day before the league announced the game could be moved to Arizona, and two days before the Wild Card game was officially moved -- and played Monday, a 27-9 Rams victory six days after that initial phone call.
