Buc-ee’s, The ever-popular Texas-born gas station chain, is coming to Oak Creek, Wisconsin. The city announced the plan on Thursday, according to TMJ4. The proposal comes after plans stalled to make a town near Madison the first area in Wisconsin to welcome the chain.
City officials disagreed. Oak Creek Mayor Daniel Bukiewicz and the city's Plan Commission heard concerns from several residents of the St. John's Estates subdivision about a proposed Buc-ee's travel center that would be built close to their homes.
