The Wiggler in Super Mario Sunshine is green instead of normal yellow and does not turn red when angered. Wiggler made his debut as a playable character in the Mario series in Mario Kart 7.

Nintendo has unveiled a playable version of Super Mario Sunshine at E3 2002. ... Pesky Pest and the Shaky Mirror, Wiggler's Return, and Junior's Playing Room.
