Two people have been arrested on suspicion of attempted murder after a man was stabbed. The victim was taken to hospital after the incident on Haybridge Avenue in Hadley, Telford, at about 14:30 BST on Monday. He suffered serious injuries but they were not believed to be life threatening, West Mercia Police said.

Mr Erdogan, who is also charged with possession of a bladed article, appeared at Bristol Crown Court earlier, where his trial date of 5 January 2026 was set. He will remain in custody until the two-week trial begins.
