When Missouri K-12 public school students head back to school this fall, they won’t be able to use their phones during school hours. Gov. School officials across the state are getting ready to enforce the FOCUS Act, which prohibits students from using cell phones inside public schools. Baldwin County middle and high schoolers will be required to store their cell phones and smart watches with cell capability in a magnetically locked Yondr pouch during the school day.
