In the draft, the Bills focused on defense, selecting CB Max Hairston (first round), DT TJ Sanders (second), Edge Landon Jackson (third), DT Deone Walker (fourth), CB Jordan Hancock (fifth), TE Jackson Hawes (fifth) and cornerback Dorian Strong (sixth ).

Jackson Hawes, Chase Lundt, and Kaden Prather were drafted on the offensive side to round out the class. So, with those additions, the Bills address their secondary needs, along with adding some bite for the defensive line, which improves the defense, we think.

Sanders played every game for the Gamecocks as he racked up 50 tackles, seven tackles for loss, four sacks, and a pass breakup. Next Gen stats had him as the seventh overall best defensive tackle in the NFL Combine, scoring a 75.
