Prince William has visited Signal Hill in Cape Town, South Africa, as part of his efforts to highlight biodiversity conservation. The Prince of Wales met with rangers, conservationists, and other experts to discuss the importance of protecting the unique ecosystem in Table Mountain National Park.

Prince William has joined Australian wildlife conservationist Robert Irwin, the son of the late Steve Irwin, for a mountain ramble during the royal's tour of South Africa.

Among the winners is GAYO, a Ghanaian organization that trains people to collect and manage waste and KeepItCool a Nairobi-based organization which aims to reduce post-harvest losses and promoting fair trade for small-scale farmers and fishermen.
