The Raiders are shaking up their staff by bringing back a face from the past. Norv Turner, who coached the team for two seasons when they were in Oakland, will return to the Raiders as an assistant, NFL Network reported Tuesday.

The Raiders have named Scott Turner as Interim Offensive Coordinator, Joe Philbin as Interim Offensive Line Coach, and have added Norv Turner to the coaching staff as a Senior Advisor.
