Less than two days after Delta Air Lines offered $30,000 to each passenger on board the flight that crashed and flipped in Toronto on Monday afternoon, the company is facing its first two lawsuits in the incident — and they likely won't be the last.

All 21 injured passengers brought to hospitals following Monday’s accident in Toronto involving Delta Connection Flight 4819 have been released as of Thursday morning, according to a statement released from Delta Airlines.

Only one survivor from the Delta plane crash in Toronto has not returned home yet to Minnesota due to injuries. However, as WCCO's Adam Duxter reports, those who are home say they're still struggling to get next-step assistance from Delta.
