Tottenham Hotspur have completed the signing of midfielder Mohammed Kudus from West Ham United, the clubs announced Thursday.

Kudus joins Tottenham for what was reported to be a fee “in the region of” £55m, though the details and structure of the fee were not announced at the time of this article’s writing. There is likely to be performance-based escalators in the fee in addition to a base amount of money.

Tottenham completed the signing of Ghana forward Mohammed Kudus from West Ham on Thursday and was reportedly close to adding Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White as well. Tottenham did not disclose details of the deal for Kudus but British media said it was worth 55 million pounds ($75 million).
