Just four months after a devastating mass shooting at Georgia's Apalachee High School, another 14-year-old student brought a gun to campus, police said.

A 14-year-old is accused of bringing a gun to Apalachee High School, months after a mass shooting left four people dead, Georgia authorities said. The student was arrested just after 2 p.m. Wednesday, Jan. 8, at the school in Winder, the Barrow County Sheriff’s Office said in a news release.

The unidentified student's arrest comes months after Colt Gray, 14, is accused of opening fire at the school in September, killing four.

The news was unnerving to the parents following the mass shooting at the school in September that killed two students and two teachers.
