Morez Johnson Jr. and Oscar Goodman both had productive tournaments at the 2025 FIBA U19 World Cup in Switzerland. Johnson earned his second gold medal in as many summers, averaging 9.4 points and 6.4 rebounds per game as the starting center for Team USA.

Michigan was well represented in Switzerland with one player earning a gold medal and another a bronze. There was, however, an Oscar Goodman injury.
