President Joe Biden signed the the RFK Memorial Stadium Campus Revitalization Act on Monday, per the Associated Press, paving the way for the possibility of the Washington Commanders moving back to Washington D.

President Joe Biden signed a bill giving D.C. control of the RFK Stadium campus into law on Monday, solidifying a generational redevelopment opportunity for the city and opening up the possibility of returning the Washington Commanders to the site.

Today, the RFK Stadium bill became law. Via Meagan Flynn of the Washington Post, President Joe Biden applied his John Hancock to the bill that gives the District of Columbia control of the RFK Stadium site for 99 years. This allows D.C. to redevelop the 170-plus-acre tracts for purposes that include a sports stadium.
