The San Francisco 49ers' offseason roster tweaking continued Tuesday when the club announced the addition of a new undrafted rookie cornerback. CB Derrick Canteen signed a three-year deal with San Francisco as their seventh UDFA addition after impressing in a tryout at rookie minicamp.

It appears like New York Giants fans are going to love rookie RB Cam Skattebo. The former Arizona State star won over many fans at rookie minicamp.

After inking deals on Monday with tight end Luke Deal (Auburn), wide receiver Malik Taylor (Ferris State) and defensive lineman Raequan Williams (Michigan State), the Lions on Tuesday signed defensive end Keith Cooper Jr. (Houston) to their active roster.

- Lindenwood’s Gareth Warren seemingly earned himself a roster spot after the rookie minicamp. This large man looks prepared for gap runs at tackle or guard. He can play both, but he has size in the room that no one else really brings to the table as a depth piece.

By the time Riley Leonard reported for work with the Indianapolis Colts at their rookie minicamp over the weekend, the former Fairhope High School quarterback already had been working.

Cooper is a 6-foot-3, 280-pound defensive end who played collegiately at Tulane and then Houston, going undrafted after completing his Cougars career. He primarily played DE for Houston, racking up 3.5 sacks in his final year. He's a crush-the-can style of EDGE that the Lions favor, and that showed in Friday's rookie minicamp session.

In addition to the 25 players mentioned above, the Titans invited 11 more to take part in the minicamp on a tryout basis. These players are attempting to catch the staff's eyes in hopes of continuing their football careers. As was the case, Tennessee went defense-heavy with the tryouts, with seven invited players playing on that side of the ball.

But former Michigan football running back Donovan Edwards is making the most of his opportunity. Edwards may have gone undrafted, but he did get picked up by the New York Jets as an undrafted free agent.
