U.S. Bancorp (NYSE:USB) said on Tuesday that President Gunjan Kedia will become the company's CEO on April 15, succeeding Andy Cecere, who will serve as executive chairman. Kedia, who is 54, joined U.

Kedia will be the first woman to run U.S. Bancorp and one of just two women CEOs at one of the nation's 50 largest banks.
