Is the University of Washington good for pre-med?
Jul 6, 2009 · Yes, the University of Washington is probably an un-ideal school for premeds. HOWEVER (This is huge), IT REALLY DEPENDS ON WHAT YOU MAKE OF YOUR EXPERIENCES. I think as an undergrad, you need to figure out for yourself what will help you get into medical school, and also what will benefit you in the future as you become a doctor.

Jan 13, 2015 · Georgetown University / Washington Hospital Center Residents: 8 residents per class. All seemed very happy with their choice to become part of the first class of this program and the ones I spoke with had this program ranked #1. Residents got along well and the ones I met very nice and laid back.

Aug 21, 2013 · But, don't be fooled, the UW med school is definitely a phenomenal school. It's so highly ranked in research because the UW is a research powerhouse--it gets the 2nd most federal research dollars per year out of any university (I was a tour guide for UW during undergrad).
