I submitted a ticket to Epic Games, which was answered with several suggested tests, and out of all the alternatives provided in various articles, the only time I was able to install the Epic Games Launcher was by using "msiexec.exe" in Task Manager.

When I try to link to his new box (which is his home xbox) I want it to connect to his xbox account, but instead it connects to my xbox account and at no point does it ask which box account to link to!
